• We cover all mandatory poses for your federation & category.

• Tracking each pose in a spreadsheet to compare as you shred.

• We talk over your prep, a second head is better than one. Hopefully assuring you you're on track.

• We work together to choreograph your i-walk, t-walk or individual routine, depending on the category.

• I shall crop your favourite song and edit to routine length.

• We then collaborate and make your perfect routine as it should be individual just as much as taught.

• Access to your coach outside of sessions via WhatsApp for practice videos/advice.
